Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Goods are sent via a reputable carrier, usually on a next day service, the standard price for shipping is £6.50. Labcraft will only ship to mainland United Kingdom. If you would like to purchase an item for delivery to Northern Ireland please contact a member of the customer service team.
Delivery Schedule We normally dispatch your order within 14 days, please be aware Labcraft is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Any purchases made during these days will be processed on the next working day.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security This web site uses a secure payment gateway for the collection of your card details. NetBanx, our payment gateway, has been approved by a number of banks to facilitate Internet transactions on our behalf. Similarly Labcraft Ltd has been given authority by Barclays Bank to take card payment.

All the information you pass at the payment page (including your credit or debit card numbers) are encrypted. The information is then taken off the internet and passed to the bank on a private link. The information passed at the payment page is not held in clear text on any web site involved in this process
Guarantee The Company generally guarantees its products against faulty workmanship directly attributable to the Company or defective materials for a period of one year from the date of manufacture. This may be extended to one year from the date of installation or commissioning at the discretion of the manufacturer. The Company cannot accept any liability in respect of the maintenance and installation of any units by persons other than the company's employees. For repair or replacement under guarantee goods must be returned to the manufacturer carriage paid and securely packed. Damage in transit to the factory and goods which have been misused in the accepted technical sense are excepted. It is an overriding condition of sale on all products that the Company's liability under its guarantee is limited as regards components supplied by other manufacturers to the extent that such component are themselves guaranteed by their manufacturers for the purpose of which they are employed. In no case shall the Company's liability to the buyer in this respect or any other exceed the value of the goods involved. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Privacy Policy Labcraft do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
