CAD Design

First class product design is core to our business – we understand that better design leads to lower costs, improved reliability and outstanding performance.

Currently we are running three licences of Solidworks 3D modelling software, and one Licence of AutoCAD so we have everything necessary to take your lighting requirements from the drawing board through tooling to mass production.

‘Solidworks’ modelling allows us to build the parts of a product on screen and then fit them together into an assembly, checking for a perfect fit. When the design is verified we can use the file to produce rapid prototypes and finally, the moulds for mass production.
