Surface Mount Lights

These products are designed for mounting onto a flat surface. Wiring is normally provided from the rear of the unit, however some items will accept surface mounted cabling.

 

Recessed Lights

Where a low profile is required or headroom is limited, these units will provide a discreet solution. A double-skinned or composite mounting surface is ideal, although solid materials can sometimes be routed to allow for the full recess depth. Wiring must be provided from within the recess aperture.

 

Waterproof Lights

Including both surface mounted and recessed products, this category only details items which have some degree of protection against the ingress of water. IP ratings are used to describe the level of protection as set out in BS EN 60529:1992, a summary of which can be viewed in the waterproof section
