Here is how we would work together to create your own
bespoke lighting product:

• Labcraft’s Design & Technical team will meet
  with you to fully understand the application, the desired features, and the key
  objectives for the project. 

Some of the important factors
taken into consideration at the initial stage are:

• Your budget and target price
• Positioning and light level required
• Installation cost (reducing total system costs)
• Lifetime value (no product replacement / service
  labour costs)

• We then develop a detailed design brief to provide
  a custom solution.  As a manufacturer, we
  have built strong relationships with Cree, the leading global LED manufacturer,
  which means you will have unique access to the latest devices to deliver the
  best performance for your individual project.

• As the project progresses, we will be in close
  communication with you keeping you updated. 
  At each stage of the design process we offer full 3D concept designs for
  review to confirm that the design meets your expectations.

• Then from concept viewing, in-house prototypes
  are made using a thermo-fusing 3D printer and machined parts to create working
  samples for installation and testing. 
  This speeds up the process and enables you to check that the solution is
  exactly what you require.

• On design approval, first off parts are tested by
  us to ensure the product will withstand the working environment.  This includes:

• Salt spray testing
• Water and dust ingress (IP)
• Automotive EMC and R10 testing
